How can I request a refund?

To request a refund or exchange, simply:

    • Fill in all the relevant information in the form attached below
    • If the work you received is damaged, detailed photos of any damage would also be helpful
    • When sending a work back to our Gallery, it would be ideal if you sent the work in the original tube

What happens next?

    • Once we receive your request, we will process it within 3 business days
    • We will then contact you at the contact details you entered
    • We will confirm your designated pick-up date and provide all instructions and relevant documentation by email
    • Within 24 to 48 hours of the courier picking up the artwork, you will be refunded the value of the artwork and the initial shipping cost.
      Alternatively, if you have requested an exchange, the seller will deliver your new artwork as soon as it receives the original piece.
